Stir-Fried Tofu with Vegetables and Brown Rice

Ingredients:

  • 200g of firm tofu
  • 100g of broccoli
  • 100g of bell pepper
  • 50g of carrots
  • 150g of cooked brown rice
  • 15ml of soy sauce
  • 10ml of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  • Remove the tofu from the wok and set aside.
  • In the same wok, add chopped broccoli, bell pepper, and sliced carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  • Return the tofu to the wok, add the cooked brown rice and soy sauce, and stir everything well until heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
