Ingredients:
- 200g of firm tofu
- 100g of broccoli
- 100g of bell pepper
- 50g of carrots
- 150g of cooked brown rice
- 15ml of soy sauce
- 10ml of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of ginger
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Wok
- Spatula
- Knife
- Cutting Board
Instructions:
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove the tofu from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add chopped broccoli, bell pepper, and sliced carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Return the tofu to the wok, add the cooked brown rice and soy sauce, and stir everything well until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
